Outreaching Hands carries out various community based programs such as free medical camps, blood donation camps, social awareness programs, self-employment promotions, women empowerment programs and many other useful activities.

We have a holistic approach towards the upliftment of the underprivileged. We always try to provide them with basic amenities like food and shelter. We distribute cloth & food, provide shelter & medicine for the needy.
